It has been introduced in the last lecture the importance and relevance of BMC or Business Model Canvass in managing a business. Having a BMC plan helps the business owner review his/her perception and ideas on the values on how the business will be handled and processed. Since it is a detailed outline of the specific key points about the business, it is possible to contemplate on the key partners of the business, as well as its key activities, value proposition, customer relationships, customer segmentation, key resources, channels, cost structures, revenue streams, and etc. Determining the possible points in each components enables the business to run smoothly since it is detailed and organized.
