Week 4 on Technopreneurship - Robin Vincent Gallenero

       We may join groups because we share similar interests or attractions with other group members but at the very core of a group, coherence depends on the groups dynamic. Having proper sets of groupmates is essential in any group related activities particularly on business. People with good dynamic tends to be a successful group and searching for the right people is a necessity. Compatible groupmates depend on personality type, specialty and many more but what’s even more important is the guide, the visionary or in essence a CEO. A CEO is essential in a group’s success, he/she leads the group, direct them in a path and ensure the goal is met. In line with that, with the groups personality it was essential to add a new member, a technical person capable of realizing our product and he was added to the group to complete the standard dynamic. With my personality I am well suited for hipsters or the hacker set. After discussions and the addition of the technical group the finalization of the products design is on its way and the acquisition of materials is in process. As of now the concentration and issue is the creation of the actual product and its simulation.
