Week 4 on Technopreneurship - Lorenzo Llenares

    

    Due to some requirements in the subject, some groups where dissolved to enforce other for the purpose of having four members in a group instead of three. With all four members in the group, we can now assign the following roles for this subject: the hustler, the hacker, the hipster, and the CEO, as introduced in the lecture wherein it is portrayed in the korean drama series entitled startup. It is important to have a deeper understanding towards the groupmates because it will help everyone along the process if they can get along well. Another thing to consider is to be mindful and focus on the role that has been given and always respect others and coordinate. Being better will bring you nowhere if yoy are dragging people down. Also, it is important to keep in mind to have an edge or sort of uniqueness to the project because it will be valuable against other rivals with related projects. In our group, as the hacker, I a tasked with my technical skills to focus on the product wherein I came up with a proposed model for the durian opener with the aid of solidworks which is a 3D modeling software. The overall design of the proposed model has been carefully studied and analyzed collaboratively to satisfy the requirements for the project to be controlled and the way it is supposed to be used. Further customer validation is assessed on the project testing whether there are more fruits to be used for operation other than Durio zibethinus.
