  In any group-related activities, especially in company, it is important to have proper sets of group members. People with good dynamics tend to be a competitive community, and it is a must to look for the right people. Compatible groupmates rely on type of personality, specialty and many more, but the guide, the visionary or, in essence, a CEO is even more important. A CEO is vital to a company's success because he or she leads the team, guides them in the right direction, and ensures that the goal is accomplished. In line with that, it was necessary to add a new member, a technical individual capable of realizing our product, to the group personality, and he was added to the group to complete the standard dynamic. I'm a good match for a CEO because of my personality. To meet the criteria for the project to be managed and the way it should be used, the overall design of the proposed model has been carefully researched and evaluated collaboratively. The emphasis and problem right now is the development of the actual product and its simulation.
