    Feature and innovation based on real life problems are essential in the creation of new items. Customers conform with the easier method and making it preferable is our role in the innovation process. Features is such an important aspect for customers and to get their preference a simple test or guidelines have indeed been useful. The mom test is a very enlightening guide in understanding customers way of thinking, not by directly asking but rather by making them talk about their lives to get factual evidence. This is to judge whether the idea is viable. The test broke some misconceptions and drove a point that other people are not required to tell the truth and its our job to get the truth to have a good idea generation and refinement process. With that by getting facts it is made possible to get new ideas, to refine or just basically avoid a certain idea due to its lack of actual direction and customers. After the discussion its apparent that to improve our idea the comments of actual users should be taken into account but ensure that the questions are indirect to avoid errors. Since our first idea was rejected, we presented a new one and much more viable if we take in to account the comments of whom we interviewed. As of now the prototype is the concentration but the design must be improved.
