Week 2 on Technopreneurship - Robin Vincent S. Gallenero

  The concept and idea generation are two intertwining process which opens a world of possibilities. These two are essential elements in developing the innovation capability of a group and extend the range of thinking. Essentially, I discovered that these two are both additive processes, it’s not instantaneous but rather gradual. With that, the brainstorming process was an eye opener. It showed that the ideas we generate as individuals evolve or improve with the presence of others. This phase abstract thinking that engineers are accustomed to is further emphasized when trying to make sense whether the ideas we have generated are viable. As for now we have been able to generate 3 ideas born from our discussions but due to our limited experience we need to validate this by consulting another party with the necessary experience to judge. We presented already and feedback has been given, in conclusion for this week, the opinions of others through constructive discussion and argument stimulate the idea and concept generating process and impacts overall decision of the group.
