    In the modern world with the advent of technology, innovation has become an integral part of society. Innovation caused the world to evolve rapidly along side technology. This gave birth to new type of commerce born from both” technology and entrepreneurship called technopreneurship”. Technopreneurship is a prime example of continuous innovation, it’s adaptive and complex. This complex concept is more than meets the eye, its affected by multiple variables not limiting to business but also a bit in psychology. Due to its dynamic nature certain personality types are valued for specific roles, with that I can safely say that multiple people with different types with a single goal is much more essential than of people with the same type. Weaknesses will be covered, advantages will increase and the over all dynamic will improve. The tests we have taken have served as basis for the roles best fit for a personality type and it’s a useful tool to have a better dynamic.
